Recently I am getting low performance (PCE and FF) and weird J-V curves on Pb-Sn-based perovskite solar cells. I have been trying to solve this for a couple of weeks now. I will like any suggestion that might help
As the colleague Xuhua said you have an S-shaped I-V curves.
They are symptoms of the presence of nonohmic contact at the metal interfaces with the HTL AND ETL. This effect may be also assisted by high recombination rates in the perovskite layer and its interfaces at the HTLand the ETL.
You have to increase the doping of the ETL and HTL and you have to anneal then after deposition. This is to produce low resistance ohmic contact.
I observed this S-shape and investigated it in the paper at the link:Article A. Zekry and G. El-Dllal, “ effect of MS contact on the elec...
The S shaped JV curves are very often appeared on the organic or Perovskite solar cells due to layer to layer charge barriers and resistance to the charge carriers transport. What you need to do is to optimise the device processing steps such as layer to layer coatings, film thickness and annealing temperature. This kind of curves could happen with a well known standard device structure of solar cells.

Thank you so much for your insight. I have tried changing perovskite film thickness but it doesn't work. I notice that I am having difficulty depositing Ag metal at a low current in the thermal evaporator recently. That may be the source of the problem. I will try optimizing other conditions as you mention and will get back to you.
