Not entirely sure if you mean this but inclusion in the Zoological Record is indeed part of Web of Science (WoS) https://clarivate.com/webofsciencegroup/solutions/webofscience-zoological-record/

However, the only real relevant WoS journals are those included by indexing services of Clarivate in ESCI (journals eligible for impact factor) or SCIE/SSCI (journals with impact factor).
