You can add a protein that destroys the flagella of the bacteria so they cant move around.

My culture is pos blood sample. Blood sample is incubated for 24 hrs and I use that to adhere to glass slide. Do you have recommendation on how to improve adhesion from pos blood sample? Thanks

if you use the blood, it is already rich in components that enhance bacterial adherence. otherwise, you can incubate the slide in plasma for 24 hrs before exposing to the bacterial culture.
