We are using ELICO HPLC (5 year old) , but there is the problem of getting peak of compounds.
(1) for single compound (acetone) show only one peak at 2.83 RT.
(2) For mixture of compound show only one peak at 2.83 RT.
(3) I also changed the compounds and try many times but same problem.
Is there any problem in Detector or Column?
Or any other problem regrading same?
I have change the mobile phase ration also column washing many times. But did not get satisfactory results.
You must provide detailed conditions of your analysis. Column, eluent composition. Detector, compounds name?
For no it looks like all compounds are eluted in dead time.

First of all I agree with Grzegorz. You need to get someone in there to train you on the instrument. Something like that is pretty obvious. The cause is most likely just as obvious.
