We are growing primary human nasal epithelial cells in BEGM media but cells are not attaching or growing after trypsinisation? What may be the reason?

After trypsinisation of nasal epithelial cell layers it would take my cells maybe a day or more to reattach , however these were not primary cells . Pehaps its something to do with rinsing the trypsin ?
