Water Soluble PVA Filament which is generally used for printing support layers in fused filament fabrication (FFF) 3D printers. Is there a curable resin that dissolves in water (not water-washable resin) just like PVA filament in Masked SLA-type printers?
Currently, I don't think there are commercial water-soluble resins for SLA printers, because the water-curable resins used in these printers when exposed to ultraviolet (UV) light or other specific light sources undergo a chemical curing process so these resins are water-soluble after curing.
I suggest you try some Post-processing techniques such as Ultrasonic cleaning, Solvent bath...
