Water extraction with controlled temperature?

Does anyone knows what the temperature of the water returning from the condenser and contacting extracted sample is in Soxhlet apparatus? I would like to do water extraction but keep temperature of extracted sample below the gelatinization point of starch. is there any unit that allows to recirculate extracting solvent with additional cooling of condensed liquid?
