The resuts of world wars are known to all. Today even after the lessons learned from major wars various countries are assuming a warlike posture and threatening the weaker nations. Why?

Because after the so-called Cold War there are other powers which were born in particular the countries of BRICS which must now seek to demonstrate their power much more through the weak countries or the world to attract their strategic influence. To scare the weak countries the great powers will involve certain strategies including the nuclear weapon which has now become the instrument of fear for the weaker countries see even the great powers themselves.

Because all the countries in the world are confirming their power in many ways. For e.g the cruise of Venezuela now. How could you decide for the end result? Then here we can talk about prospects.

Kalpathy Ramaiyer Subramanian In my opinion the why is quite general. In the case of Southeast Asia warlike posture may very well stem from economic imbalance among the countries. There are countries that are already economically sound but in order to sustain existing economic status within the region due to domestic environment result to warlike posture. This provoke others in the region to follow suit as some may wish to also increase their own economy. Interference by outside forces on the show of power has also hedged many of the countries within the region to assume warlike posture.
