Hi everyone, I hope you all are fine, I have acoustic data from five different sensors for an underground pipeline. I want to compute the velocity. Can someone give me some suggestions and solutions on how to compute the velocity for all these five sensor data?

The matter is fact that vibrating velocity in acoustic wave is rather small - about 30-60sm/second. What is for it is need for You?
If You have experimental acoustics data You better need to do spectral expansion and find that frequencis which are main in radiation process.
Could you specify, what kind of data do you have: from inside the pipe, pipe walls? And from what type of sensors? Which velocity do you want to calculate? There are many possibilities: many types of waves with different speed (and dispersive) can travel in the pipe and different speed will have the waves in fluids and gases.
Wieslaw Bicz Thanks for your query, The scenario is that five acoustic sensors are placed just above the underground pipe, and the pipe is completely empty, there is no fluid in the pipe. Acoustic waves travel within the pipe and acoustic sensors are there to record the data. Now I have this acoustic data and I want to compute the velocity from this data for my modeling. I hope that I have answered all of your questions and that you will guide me in the right direction.

You haven't answered the questions. Important information's are as follow:
1. Is the wave in pipe travelling in gas or in the wall?
2. Are the sensors mounted on the pipe wall or somewhere in the ground in some distance from the pipe?
3. Which characteristics have the wave, travelling in the pipe? Are these pulses or continuous wave?
Wieslaw Bicz the pipe is completely empty there is no fluid so the wave is traveling through the wall of the pipe. The sensors are present on the surface while the pipe is underground at some distance. these are continuous waves. the schematic diagram is such that; one corner of the underground pipe is exposed to the surface and the tuning fork is mounted at this corner of the underground pipe. the waves are generated through this tuning corner, which then travel through the underground pipe, and sensors are placed on the surface to record the acoustic signal.
