Yes! UV light is quite strong source of photons for activating a photocatalyst. Also, another point of consideration is what is your source of UV light? A hand held UV light lamp will have low light intensity as compared with 300 W High pressure Xe lamp. So one has to consider these points but nevertheless, exposing UV will enhance catalytic activity.
