Rose, Gillian.(2001) " Visual Methodologies, An introdution to the interpretation of visual Materials" , London, Sage Publications

Two key texts you should read are :

Doing Visual Ethnography by Sarah Pink (3rd edition 2013), and

Visual Methods in Social Research by Marcus Banks (2010)

Also some of the work by Andrew Irving at the University of Manchester e.g. 'Bridges: A new sense of scale' woudl be a good one for you.
