Can anyone please suggest me how can I study the parameters of solar cells made of graphene oxide and any other organic material composite using SILVACO. I would also like to know how I can add graphene derivatives and their properties and parameters in SILVACO?

The first step is to design your tandem solar cells by defining all its layers. So, this required that you you study the existing tandem solar cells in the literature.
May be the promising structures are that which are composed of silicon as an absorber bottom layer and perovskites as an absorber for the top solar cell.
You can use graphene as a cathode and antireflective top layer.
After designing the solar cell you can analyze it using device simulator SILVACO.
