Using of few amount of non-ionic surfactant in spirulina culture for harvesting through centrifugation, is it ok for extraction algae from liquid culture?

Depends on actual surfactant used and intended use of algae biomass. E.g. if you plan to use it cosmetics surfactants will be used anyway. For food or pharmaceutical it should be food grade.

yes, question is always if and which surfactant is allowed. In best case use surfactant which is beneficial also in the product.
