Using NUPACK 4.0 to generate hairpins for HCR and CHA amplification

Hi,

Do anyone know how to use NUPACK 4.0 to design basic hairpin switches for hybridization chain reaction and catalytic hairpin assembly for signal amplification. We can do this in collaboration of viral nucleic acid detection.
