I believe Scopus and google scholar it is used to measure the efficiency of researchers and give the degree through Scopus. I think accuracy is not accurate in this filed and i am an example of this.

Dear brother,

I believe that Scopus is more demanding for publication, and I believe that it is the best way to compare research institutes or between researchers especially by using the citations.

Another thing is that Scopus creates automatically an account for researchers but there are many researchers who don't have an account on google scholar.
