I'm running probit analyses for bioassay data using Minitab 17. Normally, I enter the Total Events (so the total mortality) and the total trials (the number of subjects) and then the log of the dose.

My advisor is hand graphing my data and is concerned that the probit output is based on the %mortality and not the corrected %mortality. Is there a way to do this in Minitab or other statistical programs? Am I even doing this right? I've been struggling to learn this on my own and really need some guidance.
