I do not know your field but it seems there are variations from one field to another, but there is a standard format table for Prisma. I would go to PubMed and search publications in your field and look for any requirement about PRIZMA.

If you are talking about a systematic review of meta-analyses, the systematic review should have been done in each meta-analysis. This means you may be doing a systematic review of systematic reviews. In my opinion, it would not make much sense. You might want to review of meta-analysis.

You could do a meta-analysis and discuss it. It would not make much sense if you want to make it a review. Meta-analysis has a confidence level of 1 which is the highest, while the confidence level of evelreview is the lowest.
