@Kanwal Nasim Harman's single factor test is an outdated and widely criticized approach for checking method bias. There are many other ways to check for method bias e.g. common latent variable, common marker variable, full collinearity test etc.

It not much difficult to perform the latent marker test with the available data in PLS-SEM. The single factor test is only a probing test and is criticized for its lack of expectancy to explore the issue of CMB. Full collinearity, common latent variable, marker variable are easily performed with the available data. However, it is better to address the issue of CMB at the design stage. Hope it helps.

In SmartPLS you can perform a marker variable test and try to establish CMB through Innner VIF values

Harman single factor is outdated. Use latest CMB methods such as Measured Latent Marker Variable at construct level correct (MLMV-CLC) or Measured Latent Marker Variable at Items level correctiin (MLMV-ILC).
