Basically an image is set as an input to CNN, after that CNN extracts features and classifies the image in an abstract.

But, is there a way that feature of image is extracted using other features extraction methods such as HOG, HMAX, SIFT etc. and that features are feed to any CNN network for classification.

I want to use CNN just for classification not feature extraction or does CNN apply feature extraction on already extraction features?
