Thanks for your valuable advice and white paper... unfortunately we have neither ion chromatography system nor conductivty detector in our lab. and that is why we are looking for an alternative methodology.

We thought that derivatization may be an option but time consuming methods are limitating the possibilty of the application.

We should use UV or MS detection only and if possible dilute & shoot approach combining with these detections will be our perfect solution.
