Upon your experience on site and concrete on site, the phenomena of discolored of concrete might happens... how do you fix that?
For discolored concrete, there are a number of remedies:
1. Spraying the hardened surface with hot water, followed by rubbing with a stiff brush. This process should be repeated until discoloration disappears.
2. Painting with cement with w/c ratio 0.7-0.8 and after few days of drying the surface..then scrubbing the surface with rock scrubber.
3. Use Al based curing compound immediately after casting.
4. For more severe discoloration, try using a mild acid solution (1% to 3% muriatic acid).
Here are some treatments:
1Pour hot water over the concrete and wash it with a stiff scrub brush. Repeat this process three or four times and allow the concrete to dry overnight.

Check the concrete after it dries to see whether the stain is still present. If it has faded significantly, scrub the spot with hot water again. If not, move on to muriatic acid.

Prepare a neutralizing solution by mixing 1 pound of baking soda with 5 gallons of water in a bucket. Have this solution nearby so you can neutralize the acid quickly after cleaning the concrete.
Don acid-resistant gloves, eye protection and a respirator approved for acid fumes.

Mix muriatic acid with water in a ratio of one part acid to 10 parts water. When preparing an acid solution, always pour the acid into the water – never pour water into acid. You can use more acid if a stronger solution is necessary, but do not make the mixture stronger than 3 percent acid.

Spread the acid mixture evenly over the discolored concrete. This is most easily done with a plastic garden sprayer, but an acid-resistant scrub brush can also be used.

Examine the acid-covered area for bubbling. The acid will bubble where it contacts the concrete. If there is no bubbling, the acid should be neutralized and the concrete thoroughly cleaned before attempting the acid wash again, as this indicates that oil or other dirt is preventing the acid from reaching the concrete’s surface.

Allow the acid to sit on the concrete until it stops bubbling or for 10 minutes, whichever comes first. Muriatic acid works by etching the concrete, so always leave the acid on for less time if you have any doubt about the severity of the stain or the amount of time needed to remove it.

Pour the neutralizing solution over the concrete, then rinse with copious amounts of water. If proper drainage is not available near the concrete, use a wet vacuum to clean up the water and neutralized acid for disposal or recycling. Check with your local municipality for local ordinances regarding proper acid disposal.

Allow the concrete to dry thoroughly before sealing or painting.

Assuming discoloration is is at top surface, scrub with dishwasher detergent using stiff brush, then use a power washer.

Use colored cement or colored materials or Use natural mineral pigments in your concrete.
you can make a colored concrete at first or you can color them or even use a color concrete on them
But if the paleness is like white spots, the water may have contained chalk(like the water of Isfahan-IRAN ) that you better not use it because it affect on your concrete strength and behavior.

We can use coloured admixtures into fresh concrete and that concrete can be used for repairing
Concrete should be of one color if you are using the correct batch and materials from the Ready Mix. However, concrete discoloration could occur if there are sudden changes to the cement material, if the finishing operations are rushed or if calcium chloride is added. All concrete ingredients must comply with the American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM) standards.
How to solve concrete discoloration:
Specify with the ready-mix supplier your tolerance levels
Prepare a uniform subgrade
Wait until all the water has evaporated before finishing the concrete
Avoid hard troweling on the exterior surface

For mild discoloration, it can be reduced by washing with hot water and leaving the concrete to dry. If this does not reduce the discolration, acids may be applied. A dilute solution of HCl (1 to 2% concentration) is effective for treating discolored concrete.
