Not sure whether this was what you were looking for but thanks to your question I stumbled on the following. Your paper has two different publishers: NASS (the final version) and Bilingual Publishing (the version here on RG). The following findings might explain the matter:

-Not only your paper but all papers till July 2021 were first published by Bilingual Publishing and then transferred to NASS (see enclosed files)

-The contact info of NASS “12 Eu Tong Sen Street, #07-169, Singapore 059819” is according to http://eprints.unm.ac.id/26340/4/Korespondensi-Tongkonan%20Kete%20Kesu%20As%20a%20Traditional%20Architectural%20Tourist%20Attraction%20in%20Tana%20Toraja.pdf also used by “Bilingual Publishing Co.”

-The Nan Yang Academy of Sciences (NASS) though it sounds like a academy it is a company https://www.sgpbusiness.com/company/Nan-Yang-Academy-Of-Sciences-Pte-Ltd

-Looking at (About us) https://www.nassg.org most if not all photos are taken from the net which seems to confirm that they have nothing to do with a real academy

-Bilingual Publishing is mentioned in the updated version of the Beall’s list (https://beallslist.net/#update )

A possible reason for their advice to remove the name of Bilingual Publishing is to get away from the borderline reputation of this publisher. Not entirely sure whether this is the reason for the renaming/rebranding or that it is a genuine attempt to increase the scientific quality.
