Hello

I am trying to figure out how to upload the trait's file properly in University of Otago "Popart" program but it is not working for me.

I am uploading a tab delimited text file with the same samples' names but the program is not recognizing the id from the sequence all though is the SAME samples' name in the text file.

I am looking for someone that can help me succeed to put color on the minimum spanning tree that I want to do.
