Hello all,

I am seeing a cell population in my single-cell RNA sequence clusters which expresses a lot of T cell markers (CD28, CD44, IL7R), TSHZ2, SERINC5. However, they dont express any CD3, CD16, CD14 or any B cell or NK markers. These are PBMCs from people living with HIV but controling on ART. Does anybody have any idea of what they may be? They are a reasonably large cluster, abut 2% of all cells.
