Uncoupling peripheral system from central nervous system

Is there any specific drug/ chemical/tools that can be used to block( and/or activate) Norepinephrine released from the chromaffin cells of adrenal medulla without affecting catecholamines released from CNS.

To be specific we want to uncouple the regulation of CNS released norepinephrine from adrenal gland.
