for the proximate analysis of coal and lignite, you should read some textbooks on coal chemistry or coal chemical engineering, which should be available in good libraries. Just read the book and follow the steps and the equations. It is simple. Good luck!

Sir my Question is how to find ultimate analysis (C, H and N) without using any analytically techniques? Only using relation or value of proximate analysis to finding (C, H and N) in lignite type coal. Is there?

I would recommend a good text book from the library. The values you  get will only be approximate.
