UK database of allele frequencies

I'm looking for a UK database of allele frequencies concerning the alleles used by the SGM+ Kit. If possible I would also like the allele frequency for different ethnic groups i.e. Caucasian, Afro-Caribbean and Asian.

A good example of what i'm looking for is in the SGM+ manual (attached pg 92 onwards) but a UK dataset instead.
