as we all know one of the components of the soil is the Carbon,
And how they affect the behavior of shear resistance in the fine soil ( clay-silt soil) ?
Is there any difference between the carbon in the soil and the ordinary carbon ?

This is a very interesting question, soil organic carbon decides th soil structural condition to a great extent. once the soil structure changes, properties as soil moisture characteristics, soil microbial activities, soil nutrients availability, soil aggregation and soil strength to some extent.
I may add few more points- The changes may be over a longer period of time as well for shorter periods only, SOC is the most imp component which defines the soil environment for crop growth.

there are many review articles on this imp topic, which you may refer any standard text book or search through internet with the key words of soil organic carbon dynamics, soil environment modifications associated with organic matter / residue incorporation, soil structural modification as a function of SOM, soil biological health as effected by SOM, nutrients availability in relation to SOM
