Sharing with you an issue happened to one of my papers that affected my KPI and promoting process.
In a few months back I published a paper entitled:
"A Modified Honey Badger Algorithm for Solving Optimal Power Flow Optimization Problem"
This paper is currently having a higher similarity index (above 20%) (it was not the case by the time it published) because a student from (X) university has submitted the same title with little text from my paper to the university Turnitin store (maybe as an assignment/homework). I can't view the details and no action could be done.
I would be much appreciated if someone can help to solve this issue or supply a useful suggestion.

I am not sure I understand the problem as the paper is already published. However the best course of action would be to get the student or the software admin of university concerned to delete the metadata or archive files. You will have to contact the university and explain the situation. I am afraid it depends on the admin. Hope this helps and all the best.

Thank you for answering. Yes it is published and all is fin. However, it is not counted at my University !! for my KPI due to the issue I mentioned in the question. I already emailed the university and yet to remove it from their database. i appreciate your support.
