Hello Everyone,

I am trying to stain rat brain with 1% TTC to measure infarct area. However, after TTC incubation there is is no sign of staining (pink red). The brains were flash frozen and kept in the -80 for a week. I do not know if this could affect the TTC staining of the brain slices.
