Hello everyone,

My name is Elodie and I'm PhD student in biochemistry and molecular biology.

I'm trying to use TSA_CRAFT software which is a free software to analyse thermal shift assays datas (a technique based on thermal denaturation of protein to determine Tm, salt, solvant favorable conditions for proteins etc...). It is particular here because we need to use the cmd to launch the program, in fact the manual is quite easy to understand so that a beginner like me can deal with it...even if i'm not used with DOS language and kind of stuff (see the .PDF below).

However, I have some troubles with the running program :

my assays were performed on a BioApplied Steponeplus device which generates .eds files. I reorganized my datas to converts them into .csv files, fitting the examples given in the manual (pictures 1 and 2). But when I want to launch calculations, an error message appears and says there's no input file or the file doesn't exist but it's not the case (picture 3)... I also saved all my files in the directory TSA_CRAFT put on my Desktop so that there's no complex or too long pathways to enter in cmd.

I don't know how to fix it; please where am I wrong ?

Thank you and have a good day.
