I just finished a preprint draft of an OpEd essay (attached) on the mostly undiscussed/unrecognized crimes of Trump and his co-conspirators. Of course, the issues and risks (to good governance) involve much more than theory. They may also be under-appreciated by a very large majority of people with little or no understanding of constitutional law, the principles of justice, ethics, etc. So, I hope this prompts some helpful discussion, re: possible edits for the final draft & publication.
