Trouble reaching low temperature in Oxford microstat N heating and cooling stage ?

We have an Oxford microstat N heating and cooling stage. Temperature does not reach below 230K also it starts increasing again and again. Please help with a solution.

May be heat exchanger is faulty or Temperature sensor has a problem.
