I wonder if someone already developed a modification of this method in order to use in microplate instead of 1mL cuvettes.
Typically I use a modification to the R-Biopharm method in order to make it in microplate and in visible spec but I have a Nzytech kit in the lab that I would like to use.

Hi Carla Pinheiro, unfortunately I never used either of the two specific methods you mentioned, however when checking the protocols I could see that this is the protocol I've always done (and that I'm trying to make it a routine here in the lab, but I still lack financial resources...) wherein "The amount of NADPH formed through the combined action of hexokinase (HK) and glucose-6-P dehydrogenase (G6PDH), measured at 340 nm, is stoichiometric with the amount of D-glucose in sample volume".
The big difference is that in the way I learned we always prepared all the solutions and reagents separately, what I could see checking my protocols is that only the volumes of the solutions and reagents change between a 2 mL cuvette and a 300-400 uL well. So I believe that just making a proportionality adjustment for the volume will be enough. If you want to discuss more details on how to do this, just let me know that I can try to help.
