I have presently thought of enhanced gravity-based architectures aiding astronaut health constructed by robonauts on Mars.

What sort of "enhancement" are you considering? To ameliorate the effects of radiation, one enhancement might just take the simple form of deeply embedded subsurface structures. However, there doesn’t seem to be a remedy for low gravity, unless nanobots can be injected to counteract the ill effects. While we can imagine by extrapolation from present-day robotics how robotnaut construction machines might be engineered, present-day biomedical nanotechnology hasn't yet dropped any hints of how the effects of low gravity might be mitigated, reversed, or prevented by intracellular nanobots.

I am considering an architecture with a possible rotating structure to enhance the centripetal force. This sort of rotating mechanism is better off in orbit with a small rotating capsule. Since our ultimate goal is to colonise Mars and have humans live on the surface. A previous reading about increasing centripetal forces came into my mind.
This will probably improve the musculoskeletal health of astronauts.
How will astronauts maintain balance in a rotaing structure is again a question.
Future development of AI, mechatronics making robonauts work as constructors and biomedical development of nanobots is still a question. I agree.
And hopefully, we can drive the research towards these questionable parameters.

Yes, a rotating structure in space could indeed mitigate some of the bad gravitational effects. But a rotating structure in a grounded or "gravity-based" architecture surely would have problems of scale that would render it impracticable for a structure of habitat size, no?
But who knows? It's still early days....
I agree scale of rotation, dimensions of the structures, increase in the centripetal forces leading to how much percentage of increased gravity, possible impact on astronaut motor stability is totally questionable.
Possibly a space architect may be able to answer this for us while I as a computer Science student can hopefully code the robonauts.
