I have a Simulink model of a two area AGC system optimized using MFO algorithm. I am doing sensitivity analysis. I have made parameter changes and got the results. I would like to compare the eigen values of the system. I want to use linsys to get the state space from that transfer function. The problem is , the input and output points. What are the points to be taken as input and outputs?

I really want to help you but the problem is the parameters of the system to be estimated.
Once the algorithm give you a solution, you can not take it before calculated it's error.
So, the question is what is your system to be controlled?
Seghiour Abdellatif , i want to control the error in frequency. whenever load changes, the generation must be balanced against the load variation. If generation load imbalance is present, that will reflect on the system frequency. I am trying to control this error ( called area control error of a particular area) using FOPI controller. The controller gains i am optimizing using nature inspired algorithms. My problem here is, i am having a transfer function model of a two area system for frequency control. but i want to get the eigen values from this simulink model. The input to the FOPI controller is ACE( area control error), for a step perturbation in load. Output i am measuring from my simulink model is delf( frequency error).
