can anyone guide, how i can make RF signal Detector.
i have made bandpass filter but it not work properly ?

I suggest you start with a basic detector, without any filters, and verify rf signal. You can then add and tune bps to make it band selective.
For initial tests, a local rf source (or known source of good strength) may help.
You may consider buying some RF "sniffer "for a few USD , take it apart and see how its made..
It is your RF signal and pass band filter in the same operating frequency band?? Without this you need to make a matching network before your filter.
We could use some more information. Roughly what frequency range are you interested in? Low MHz is much easier than high GHz! And what instruments do you have available? Do you have access to a frequency source, that will allow you to generate a test signal, and sweep the frequency over the range you're interested in?
