For more than two years on the site with colleagues, I have been talking and showing documents confirming the reality of the short-term forecast and inviting countries of the world to finance and participate in the Global Project of the International Network, as recommended by President IASPEI, Chairman of the Russian Expert Council...Professor A.V. Nikolaev.

As the result shows, time is wasted. There are heated discussions about methods that have not undergone examination or testing. Nobody needs what is done and offered to save people's lives.

Perhaps it would be interesting and profitable for the site owners and Administration to create a fund of investors with whom they could implement something that has already been successfully tested and recommended? This would be beneficial to those who created the new and to the owners of the site and the Administration. This would be beneficial to those who would remain alive in the event of an earthquake or eruption; it would reduce material losses hundreds of times.
