Centrifugation at 15000 rpm for 10-15 minutes followed by drying the AgNPs pellets at room temperature would work. For better results, washing of pellets with distilled water after isolation (2-3) times is recommended.

Sorry. I have no idea about that. Havent used lyophilizer ever.
