First, you have to define your target. If you want to use an animal model there are some guidelines for that, which are different from humans. Hence, your target model, tissue, and experiment will declare what kinds of ethical issues you have to consider.

In all Research projects that we use Animals or human subjects we should to have research ethic. If you use any of them you should to received a ethical code from a ethical research committee in your university.
