I'm working with rather small gauge syringe needles for viral infusions of very small volumes into dense ventral brain structures. I've been dealing with somewhat unpredictable clogging, and while I've taken several steps to reduce the frequency - there's only so much that my protocol is capable of preventing.
Does anyone have any tips/tricks/sagely advice to minimize clogging? I'm using Hamilton syringes with 32 gauge needles, and I infuse very slowly after waiting periods.
