Though anti Tnfs are the cornerstone of DADA2 treatment, at times the diagnosis is established at the time of clinical ‘quiescence’. Then starting at that stage of clinical inactivity is a challenge. Any experience of suggestions ?

some patients have had disease for as long as two decades and have had some response to steroids and conventional drugs with intermittent flares and longs of clinical inactivity
