Time interval and data type of time series in Ecosim?

I'm using the Ecosim to model and simulate a lake's historical status.

However, there have been two problems:

1) The simulation duration is 70 years with a decade interval. However, it appears that there were only two options (i.e. "Annual" and "Time Step") when I tried to import the time series . But neither of them gives me the exact time interval (10 years).

2) The second problem is that I intend to put "amount of fish stocking" and "proportion of biomass of invasive species" as forcing time series. While I couldn't figure out which data type should these be.

i have some problem with chtMultiRegionSimpleFoam
