Western Civilization has been most influenced in the world of ideas by the Hebrew/Greek traditions, which were merged 2000 years ago into theology known as Christianity, which still dominates many countries around the world.
There is a deep flaw in our HISTORY - the avoidance of seeing TIME in the heart of human affairs. This is motivated by The Triumph of Time, also known as DEATH. Mother-Nature seeks progress over Father-Time by continuously seeking out the NEW but in a finite world this means the removal of the OLD; so all LIFE forms must be finite - active only for a limited life-span. Humans have developed the unique feature of symbolic communications with open-ended schemes to enhance their co-operation. ... This results in Language.
Philosophy is a linguistic response to Reality with a special focus on existence (Ontology) leading to Natural Philosophy. Mathematics has NOT helped much here because (like analytic philosophy) it has deliberately adopted a timeless strategy that only works in a few limited cases. We need a deliberate INCLUSION of time in our basic thinking; hence my move to Organic Metaphysics. Come on, folks; leave the Museum and face the Future.

Vast Program would say Charles de Gaulle. Such a question need to tackle the unconsciousness and psychanalysis. About the DEATH our first experience is that of our BIRTH, this day we lose our mother intra-uterine. Many aspects of the music are connected with this early time, do you agree? But also in other field of our work, in research as others.
