I agree with Haytham Senbill's reply. Crucial points for identifcation are out of focus. Furthermore, when trying to identify ticks, start out with keys for your part of the world, and ticks collected on known hosts, not probably from migratory birds. Which continent are you on?
Thank you for your suggestions, I have already identified the ticks their Hyalomma lusitanicum. nymphs... the photo was taken with the cellular since I was in a hurry... The host which they are from is eagle. I'm from Portugal.
first, they are not nymphs, i saw one, on the panel A (on the right) where the genital aperuture is visible, so it can not be a nymph. then for the identification of engorged specimens i can say that morphogical features is impossible to reveal and other ways are proposed to identify ticks as molecular identification (12S or other), MALDI Tof and other methods.
