Hi everyone, I have to clarify a few of these things
01. Is there any difference “10 percentile training presence logistic threshold” ( maxentResults.csv) in the column titled and the "10 percentile training presence" in the .html file(output)?
02. When representing unsuitable habitat and suitable habitat can be used "10 percentile training presence" instead of “10 percentile training presence logistic threshold”? If yes which one is most suitable

Hi, I am not sure if understood your questions 100%. But you must consider that:
1) Logistic is only the way how you are VIEWING your data (is just a conversion of the RAW data)
2) 10% training presence is a threshold calculated based on the omission errors (which allow a 10% false presence of the training data) of your output maps.
3) Is you need a binary map, the Threshold selection is a critical step on your design and should be carefully selected (for that you must think/question about the nature of your data, prevalence of the species, and fundamentally your goals)
