I cannot enter into the google form. I am keep getting the following message:

This form can only be viewed by users in the owner's organization.

Try contacting the owner of the form if you think this is a mistake. Learn More."

I think you need to change some security settings before it is publicly available.

Also, if you fixed it, I can distribute the questionnaire in my 7000-person LinkedIn network. It will be biased since they are more educated than the population is.
