Can I model a thin film solar cell starting from multilayer thin film Absorptance.
If the answer is yes why , I get 100nm thickness is the best thickness for the active layer in calculating absorptance , and 400nm thickness is the best thickness in calculating short circuit current.

what software or program are you using to simulate your solar cells and also, what type of thin film device are you talking about (organic, CIGS, perovskite, etc.)?
As a place to start, the transfer matrix approach is often used to model the absorption of light in a device with several layers and consequently one can get an EQE and also the J_sc. Here are some sources for the transfer matrix model (https://doi.org/10.1002/adma.201000883;

This model on its own does not account for losses due to transport, therefore the J_SC and EQE that you will get via these simulations are an upper estimate and reality will likely give you lower values. However, there have been efforts to couple the transfer matrix model with drift-diffusion simulations (i.e. SCAPS) or more simple approaches using a variation of the Hecht-model (Article A Simple Approach for Unraveling Optoelectronic Processes in...
).However, without any more details about your specific problem, it is very difficult to address your question.

I am used Ti material with 30 nm thickness, you can change your material and you see what happens later.

There is no explanation for the solar cell except that it is a multi-layer optical system and the least solar cell can be formed from a thin film deposited on a substrate of whatever type, but whenever the substrate is of the optically acceptable type and the thin film deposited on it, it is described as absorbent (if the energy range of its gap is close to the radiation energy Solar) then we get a low-layered, photovoltaic solar cell.
