Thermal Shift FRET Assay using HEX and TexasRed with a CFX96 Biorad RTPCR. Is it possible to set up Ex=533nm and Em=610nm?

I am trying to set up a Thermal Shift FRET Assay using an oligo modified with HEX and TexasRed. I have a CFX96 Biorad RT PCR, but I may use other instruments. Is it possible to set up Excitation=533nm and Emission=610nm (or similar wavelengths) with the CFX96 (or with other instruments)? Thank you
