Sometimes it's good to have no relevant papers because then your research is more original :)

i think theoretical frame consist of the following elements :

- definitions to the main terms within thesis

- explanations of certain issue

- presenting the importance and goals of some terms in yours studuy

all of them must indicate to approved references as (name of author , year of publication , page number)
